hello,

today you get a two in one.

i know i took a day off but dont fret im not losing my discipline in these daily updates. 

i simply just was not home at all yesterday because i had work and then the boygenius concert/festival and i got home at like 1:30 this morning.

it was genuinely such a good day and we filmed so much content that im going to force myself to learn how to edit youtube videos. 

we literally rope dropped the event and i immediately dropped a hundred dollars on merch and 13.75 on lemonade because i was utterly desperate for a beverage. so basically all progress i’ve made in budgeting this summer was lost in under five minutes.

linnea came around when dijon came on and it was so good to see her, but we couldn’t just have a normal reunion.

approximately 30 minutes later when we really packed into the crowd trying to get closer to the stage, i caught myself reading smut over this GROWN MANS SHOULDER while waiting for boygenius to come on.

megan and i were taken aback and naturally we had to make this everyone else’s problem. we had everyone within a five foot radius aware of the public smut reading that was taking place. 

but the concert was so good i didn’t even remember that happened until an hour after the concert ended.

megan left for berkeley literally immediately after i dropped her home and thus ends the megan and piper in the same zip code era (we realized yesterday that we are probably never going to live in the same place again which is honestly a little horrifying to hear).

but today was and even slayer day.

i woke up ran, drank hella coffee that i made myself, grinded math homework, watched the heat beat the nuggets, and will be tucked into bed by 9:30pm.

feeling like a math god because for once in my life im not chegging my homework.

shocked to announce that productivity actually feels really rewarding (does this mean i enjoy work?)
